Sailing Vessel Damiana

Welcome to our Website

We flew in to Jacksonville in mid-April, 2007 to finalize the purchase and take delivery of our Manta catamaran. Our good friends, Rob and Linda from Cat'n About (above photo on the left) flew in a week later to help us get her ready and also to sail her down to Central America. After spending a few weeks installing, shopping, and stowing, we got underway. See the smiles of the four of us on our first night out!

We motored down the ICW (see photos) to Key West and then headed out to Mexico and Central America. Our journal is in chronological order; our Photo Albums contain brief comments about our adventures.
